Accompanying on Piano
When I was in 6th grade, I took piano from one of the music teachers and was in choir. I accompanied on the piano at mass.
Also, I played for the school festival, accompanying a singer from choir. It was "Castle on a Cloud" from Les Misérables.
In 9th grade, someone suggested since I was auditioning for Talented Music that I could accompany on piano the senior play, You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown, which is delightful. I memorized it kinda because I played the bass on keyboard and one of the songs on piano, "Moonlight Sonata" by Beethoven played by Schroeder. The teacher who played piano even omitted some of the things that made it impossible for me to do, and I didn't know I could do that.
In 11th grade, I played piano for songs the music teacher chose that were attached to the senior play, A Midsummer Night's Dream.
In 11th grade, I played at the local theater, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, solo instrument parts on the keyboard.
In 11th grade, I quickly learned a song to play with a singer at the Junior Ring Ceremony at First Baptist Christian School.
In 11th grade, 12th grade, and the summer after my first year of college (from where we moved because of Hurricane Katrina) I played keyboard for the youth choir mass.
