My last name is Viking.  It came from Norway and is Norman from moving to Normandy, France.  Then it is Welsh, and then it is Irish.

- My dad grew up in northwestern Pennsylvania and southwest New York state.

Race - More Specific

My dad's dad's side's last name Barrett is the Norman, and primarily he is Irish with some German.
My dad's mom's side is supposedly used to be German but now just the Dutch and French.
I thought I found online our family had the Scottish.  Also, there's Native American.
I looked up the Saxon names and found they were Polish and Swiss, too, though.
The Scottish and Irish Canadian go together.
